Nature of the Website

This site is an informational guide to inmate, jail, court, facility, and public-record resources related to Monterey County and California custody systems. It does not store official jail records, court files, booking photos, warrants, or release orders.

We cannot verify current custody, release anyone, file court documents, change records, post bond, or act for any sheriff, court, jail, corrections department, or federal agency.

Acceptable Use

• Use the site only for lawful purposes.
• Do not use information found here to stalk, threaten, harass, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not make hiring, housing, lending, insurance, licensing, or eligibility decisions based on site content.
• Do not attempt to access nonpublic systems or restricted areas.

No Consumer Reporting or FCRA Use
